This is the weeknote for the Open Revs & Bens project that covers the week 2-6 May.
What we did:
- We were able to migrate the minimum data set necessary from Leeds’s Capita system into the Sedgemoor system
- Shared with the project stakeholders the second draft of the open source governance document that we are working on.
- User research had two business interviews and one internal one around business rates
What we learned:
- We found that during migration some dates were not migrated due to its format so we had to change it to Year-Month-Day.
- There’re some database constraints in the Sedgemoor system that need to be considered during the migration.
